A Parent or Legal Guardian must sign for those registrants under the age of 18.
By registering myself and/or my child(ren), as the case may be, as (a) participant(s) with Kamloops Classic Swimming, I agree that one month’s notice must be given in writing if a swimmer is no longer going to swim with the club. If the notice is received after the 1st of the month, an additional month’s training fee must be paid.
I hereby consent to the Refund and Cancellation Policy as described above.
